
Kevin Smith
Kevin Smith, Esq. is Litigation Counsel with the Child & Parental Rights Campaign. Previously, Kevin held an executive appointment in the federal government as Assistant Secretary and Counselor to the U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors. He also worked as an attorney litigating administrative and federal court matters on behalf of a federal agency and has led a private legal practice. In addition, Kevin has experience as an adjunct professor at the University of the Cumberlands, legislative aide in the U.S. Senate, and staff member at the Republican National Committee. He is currently a Trustee of Alice Lloyd College. Kevin is a graduate of Union College and holds a Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Master in Public Affairs from Princeton University. He and his wife are raising their four young children. In his free time, Kevin enjoys hiking, coaching his son's little league baseball team, and teaching Sunday School at his local church.
